There are plenty of lucrative and competitive segments in the automotive industry, but none have been as consistently so as the midsize sedan segment. With the car market on the rebound, companies from all over have been vying for the crown of "Bestselling Midsize Sedan." To our eyes, the newest contender, the 2015 Chrysler 200 has a greater chance than ever of capturing that title.
The next generation 200 is the result of years of design work, testing, and fine tuning. In fact, the amount of work that Chrysler put into the car's aerodynamics alone are more extensive than any other model it's built. But where our preferred automaker usually puts the emphasis on luxury--and believe us, this sedan does not want for much there--fuel economy was also a priority.
And rumor has it it's got a good run on the competition.
